እስስቶች ልምሰል ብዬ

እራሴን አታልዬ፤

ማንነቴን ረሳሁ

ሆዴን ልሞላ ብዬ አብሬቸሁ በላሁ ፤

ሆድ ከጠገበ በኃላ ህሊና ሲታወር

ስብዕና ቅብጥርሴ ወደ ገደል መወርዎር

እንዲህ ካልሆነ በቀር

ይቀራል ከእስስቶች ጋር መፋቀር ፤

እስስቶችን ከመሰሉ አምነው ከነሱ ጋር ከዋሉ

ይሉንታውን ይርሱ ሆድዎንም ይሙሉ፣

ህሊናዎን ይርሱ እኔም እስስት ነኝ ይበሉ

አለበለዚያማ  ሰውነትዎን ረስተው ከእስስቶች ጋር ከዋሉ

እስስትም ካልሆኑ ሰውም ካልተባሉ፤

ADDIS ABABA – The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCo) signed an agreement yesterday with Chinese GCOC Company for the construction of Adama II Wind Power Generation Project amounting to 340 million USD.
EEPCo Chief Executive Officer Mihret Debebe and GCOC Manager Wang Yantao signed the agreement. On the occasion, Mihret said the power project plays a significant role in economic transformation of the nation.
He said Adama II project is basically an extension of Adama I wind power project which has been successfully completed on schedule.
The project would enable industries in Adama town and its environs get reliable power supply.
Including the already identified potential areas the nation has immense wind energy resource, he said.
In an exclusive interview with The Ethiopian Herald , General Manager of Sino-Africa Renewable Energy Engineering Corporation Plc, Wang Yantao on his part said that the project will drastically minimize energy shortage of the country and contribute a lot for the country’s power need.
He underlined that China will support Ethiopia’s commitment to become a middle income country in the coming 10 years. We completed Adama I wind farm project within 12 months. But the 2nd project will take 18 months. “We will try to finish it as fast as possible. The project is advantageous for Ethiopians in technology and knowledge transfer,” Yantao said.
The project has the capacity to generate 153 MW and is expected to be completed in 18 months time, he said.
The Chinese government will cover the fund of the project which is designed by local contractors.
